How the math works: Each home sold earns a 3% commission. My share applies to that commission directly, on every sale your team produces over the year, then averaged into a monthly figure to compare against my typical rate.

About the monthly floor: A $250/mo floor covers baseline operations and isn't subject to growth discounts. Any amount you commit above that earns the full ladder discount as the team scales — so the agent incentives reward your premium, not your overhead.
