Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sōhei Creative, we are committed to delivering exceptional work and building lasting client relationships. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Service Cancellations

Monthly Retainer Services

Social media management, ongoing content production, and retainer-based services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@soheicreative.com.

  • Work completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be billed in full
  • Content produced but not yet published will be delivered to you upon cancellation
  • Social media account access will be returned to you within 5 business days
  • Dashboard access will remain active through the end of the current billing period

Project-Based Services

One-time projects (photo shoots, video production, strategy sessions) follow the cancellation terms outlined in your individual project agreement or proposal. General guidelines:

  • Before production begins: Full refund minus any pre-production costs incurred (planning, location scouting, scheduling)
  • During production: Refund prorated based on work completed. Completed deliverables will be provided
  • After delivery: No refund once final deliverables have been approved and delivered

Shoot Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 7+ days notice: Reschedule at no charge
  • 3–6 days notice: Reschedule with a $150 rescheduling fee
  • Less than 48 hours / No-show: Full session fee charged. If crew, equipment, or locations were booked, those costs are non-refundable
  • Weather-related cancellations: Rescheduled at no charge for outdoor shoots

Refunds

Website Purchases

For products or services purchased through our website:

  • Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once delivered
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Test Before You Trust

Our $1 first piece offer allows you to evaluate our work before committing to a full engagement. If the first piece does not meet your expectations, you are under no obligation to continue. No further charges will be applied.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will revise it — up to two rounds of revisions are included with every project. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Contact us directly:

Please include your name, project or service details, and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your request within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Custom terms may apply for large-scale projects, multi-month commitments, or enterprise engagements. These will be outlined in your individual service agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy.
