Action Sports Product Marketing (ASPM)
This project was a semester long project for the course of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I was asked to apply what I learned in throughout the course to a fictional cross-cultural organization that I created. The company I created is a marketing company focusing on marketing action sports companies and their products. The main topics I applied to my company focused on the performance and motivation of employees, how to be a cross cultural organization, leadership, job satisfaction, and stress and well being. The last portion of the slideshow looked at my feedback from the first half of the presentation and how I adjusted my project to the feedback. This slideshow I was very proud of because of the amount of effort I put into the design and layout.
